  Wirklich sehr freundliches personal und geraeumige zimmer.

  Le petit déjeuner offrait peu de choix. pas de services annexes tels que room service, pas d'imprimante reliée au pc en libre service.

  All the staff at the congierge desk was helpful and welcoming except for one exception, a very unpleasant italian gentleman who waited at the reception desk in the afternoon and who was extremely rude when i questioned the logic of keeping the room key and the safe key on the same keyring. when i suggested i take the safe key with me (i had important belongings there) he started shouting at me and i had to make a formal complaint to the other staff who agreed this was inadmissible behaviour on his part. it is unacceptable to ahve the leave both the keys of the room and the safe at the hotel desk when one goes out since anyone on hte staff can have access to one's safe. may i suggest you modernize the system and introduce digital key locks on the safes in each of your hotel rooms ?

  Situation, confort, calme, propreté, accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel (à une exception près !)... notre séjour à naples a été des plus agréables.

  Le personnel de l'hotel est particulièrement attentif, souriant et toujours à votre service pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.

  L'hôtel est très difficile d'accès et encore plus de nuit car le centre historique de naples est méconnaissable lorsqu'il fait sombre. je conseille les hôtels qui se situent en bord de mer, avec vue sur la baie. l'hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles.

  - perfetta situazione, nel cuore del vecchio napoli, a meno di 15 minuti a piedi degli altri centri (vomero, museo, stazione stazione marittima, stazione ferroviaria, teatro, chiaia, toledo, ecc.) - hotel molto pulito e ben isolato - palazzo molto carino - ospitalità perfetta
